What is Masterbatch?
Masterbatch is a concentrated mixture of pigments and/or additives encapsulated during a heat process into a carrier resin which is then cooled and cut into a granular shape. Masterbatch allows the processor to color raw polymer economically during the plastics manufacturing process.
The polymers:
There are many different ways of processing PVC compound: extrusion, calendaring, injection, molding, and extrusion/stretch blow molding.
Product Range :
White Masterbatch: A large number of varieties are available depending on the percentage of titanium dioxide, tone required, end use application and processing techniques.
Black Masterbatch: We developed a standard range of black Masterbatch based on polyolefin's and styrene to give a spread of properties, from excellent jetness, UV protection and food contact approval to more economical blacks for imparting coloration.
Color Masterbatch: Over 600 different shades are available for outdoor and indoor use; we have a well equipped facility in our color matching laboratory to develop color as per customer requirements.
Special Effect Masterbatch

Metallic/glitter Masterbatch: it adds glittering/metallic effect in the Final product .These is mainly used in injection molded items.
Pearlescent Masterbatch: it contains special pearl pigments to give luster/sparkle effect, to all colors.
Fluorescent Masterbatch: it contains fluorescent pigments which are not only possess the color it reflects but also emits fluorescent light in same color
